Changes to bookings must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.

Full payment is required upon booking unless otherwise agreed.

Additional charges may apply for extra services such as handling fragile items, waiting time, or special requests.

5. Liability & Insurance

EL Transport is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, or road restrictions).

While we take utmost care in handling your goods, we are not responsible for damages due to improper packaging by the customer.

Insurance options are available upon request for high-value shipments.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery information.

Items must be properly packaged and labeled.

Any hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items are strictly not allowed.

7. Delivery & Moving Conditions

Deliveries will be made within the agreed timeframe; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customers must ensure accessibility at both pickup and drop-off locations.

EL Transport reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or impractical.
